On the Outside - In the center of Cite Soleil, Haiti's largest slum, a relief agency operates a small, tidy school with limited capacity. Those children lucky enough to attend get an education and a meal each day. A fence separates this oasis of learning and nourishment from the slum where residents like this young girl contend with backed-up sewage, garbage, rats and never knowing when her next meal is coming.
